Inspired by global beauty wisdom, Nuria, which means brightness or light, is a clean and effective beauty brand designed to let your inner radiance shine. Founded in 2018, Naomi Fernandez's goal is to break down the barriers of skin type categories and create a skincare line that makes skincare not only more accessible but easy to use. When the brand requested Go Lead Strategies to submit media samples, they informed us that they were unable to fulfill the Facial Exfoliator “Bright Cotton” media sample requests at the time. After being sold out in 11 months, the brand was unable to meet the demand by ordering directly from the market.

Solution

Go Lead Strategies used this perceived hurdle as an opportunity for storytelling to effectively drive social media strategy and the inherent interest in consumer products that are in high demand among online consumers. We made a quick turnaround to share this news with our target publications. As a mainstay of this outreach effort, Go Lead Strategies positioned the sellout as an opportunity to further increase brand awareness of Nuria's availability on different platforms, such as Amazon.

Result

After securing the first feature of “Bright Cotton,” which was also syndicated to the new site, the brand informed Go Lead Strategies that sales quickly spiked and sold out. After waiting for the article to restock, Go Lead Strategies secured a secondary feature for InStyle. This was syndicated to increase SEO value. The brand then happily shared the second wave of associated sales spikes, leading to its ninth sale in less than a year. As a direct result of the InStyle feature, Nuria sold the Facial Exfoliator “Bright Cotton” every four minutes a day.

Cross-Channel Campaign for Sweet Sweat

In September 2022, Sweet Sweat, accessible to all fitness clubs, launched a campaign for Self-Care September, to break down the barriers of the traditional fitness industry conversations.

Along with its in-studio activation, demonstrating its commitment to self-care, Sweet Sweat also ran a sale for September, offering new members a $1 enrollment fee, to enjoy the benefits of the self-care driving initiative. With a desire to make an impact deeper than just a physical change, Sweet Sweat contacted Go Lead Strategies to help with increasing awareness for the campaign, driving an increase in memberships for the month, and sharing the message that Sweet Sweat is a fitness center that fosters a self-care mindset. To make a widespread impact and speak to a larger audience, Go Lead Strategies activated a full-fledged multi-channel marketing campaign to include the following channels: influencer marketing, public relations, paid social, paid search, and SEO. Through an influencer marketing campaign, Go Lead Strategies partnered with influencers who had a commitment or need to commit to self-care, based on the season of their life: new mom, on-the-go professional, self-neglected individual, health and wellness-focused, etc. Through the public relations campaign, Go Lead Strategies leveraged Sweet Sweat self-care expert, David Solari, to secure media placements highlighting the campaign activation. Media channels include digital placements, broadcast placements, and radio placements. Publicity began approximately two weeks before the launch of the campaign in September. Through paid social campaigns, Go Lead Strategies promoted their self-care message by placing ads in both surveys and retargeting campaigns segmented by each Sweet Sweat store location. Through a paid search campaign, Go Lead Strategies ensured that Sweet Sweat appeared as a top ad result for all search queries related to gyms and sales. Used both branded and non-branded keywords, multiple match types, and fast-to-sell bid strategies

Result

Thanks to Go Lead Strategies' organic search efforts over the past few months, Sweet Sweat now appears at the top of the organic search results for all relevant search queries. Optimized their site from a technical perspective, wrote SEO-optimized articles to give the algorithm more context, got some inbound links from trusted sites, and granted Sweet Sweat authority to Google. September's self-care campaign and sale turned out to be Sweet Sweat's strongest digital month yet. Months of sales naturally lead to increased membership, but this campaign achieved a record number of new members and reached a record number of consumers by executing the campaign message.

Task

Trucking Solutions spent a lot of time managing both unreliable desktop and mobile sites. This caused problems on two sites, but they were trying to ensure that only one instance could get the job done. Additionally, trucking solutions have been shown not to translate users into funnel paths. Our job was to refine the experience and target specific user behaviors. In addition, we've designed Trucking Solutions’ back end to be easy to manage, so the team could easily access it and update the website design, content, and structure.

Solution

We have a very modern approach to Trucking Solutions’ website. We saw the fullscreen menu trend working in other clients, so we took an advanced approach where each menu item lists every page on the site. This allowed the user to view the entire website in one click. Additionally, we used "card layouts" in many places to give users a better idea of what to click.
